History: The Evangelical community north of Carroll constructed the Mount Union Church to serve their religious needs prior to 1870. The Evangelical congregation eventually disbanded. The building was used by other groups, and in 1955 the God's Missionary Church purchased the building. It is still used for annual services. The cemetery is an active one and serves the local community. |
