Directions/GPS: From the intersection of Jay and Water Streets in Lock Haven (the Lock Haven Courthouse), travel west on Water Street for 1 mile. Turn right onto PA Route 120 (Susquehanna Avenue) and travel 16.1 miles. The cemetery is on your left, in the woods on the bank along the roadway, nearly across from what was the "Love Joy Six Camp," aka the "Shinn Dig." History: The Shinns owned a hunting camp, called the Love Joy Six Camp, later the Shinn Dig, along Route 120 in Grugan Township, in the mid-20th century. They were buried on the property. |
